2. Online Scheduling & Cancellations

When booking an appointment through our website, you agree to provide accurate contact and location information. We understand that plans change; however, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, customers are responsible for:

• Providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Removing fragile items or breakables from the work area.
• Securing pets during the cleaning process.

4. Limitations of Liability

While we strive for excellence, CleanForce.vet is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to carpets, flooring, or upholstery (e.g., permanent stains, wear, or sun damage).
• Issues arising from improper installation of carpets or flooring.
• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from our service.

5. Odor Removal Disclaimer

Odor removal results can vary based on the source, age, and severity of the odor. While we use professional-grade techniques, we cannot guarantee 100% removal of all odors in all circumstances.

6. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards through our secure online processing system.
